Pepper Mill
This is my first turning. It stands 33" tall and is a working pepper mill. The grinder parts were purchased from Woodcraft except for the longer rod I had to make to go from top to bottom. The mill is made of cherry and is a great conversation piece at my parents home. The idea for the large mill stemmed from my Dad's philosophy on restaurants he says that the bigger the pepper mill the worse the restaurant. So I thought he should have the biggest mill (he really is a good cook though).
